We care about our customers. Please shop with confidence. All the products we sell are personally tested and used in raising our own backyard chicken flock. If you are unsatisfied with any product please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
All sales on coops, hemp bedding, feed and treats are final and not returnable. We accept returns if unopened within 30 days. However, Please note some products may require a restocking, or shipping fee to send back to the manufacturer if you simply change your mind. If the product is defective we will work with you and the manufacturer to replace if possible and it is within their return timing and policies.
